ABOUT BLUE CHIRON

Medical leadership grounded in the realities of complex worksites.

George Tierra, Founder

NYS Paramedic · NYS Certified Lab Instructor · EMS Educator · ILEETA Member

George Tierra is the founder of Blue Chiron, a New York State paramedic and New York State Certified Lab Instructor. He is also a member of the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association.

He brings together two fields that are too often treated separately: emergency medicine and the operational realities of complex worksites.

His background spans thirteen years of construction-trade and project-management experience, prehospital and hospital emergency medicine, public-event medical operations, workforce-health programs and emergency instruction.

Through Blue Chiron, George applies this combined experience to the design, oversight and improvement of workplace and event emergency-medical systems.
